Are these the Greatest Meatballs Ever
You may have heard of a secret shopper, but what about a secret meatball tester? This guy found the greatest meatballs ever. Sebastien Laviolette from la Confrerie du Gay Boulet, a guild of folks that make it their mission to secretly taste test meatballs at restaurants throughout the region and Belgium, met our film crew in Liege to educate us on a special type of meatball called Le Boulet. This popular meatball meal consists of a large beef and pork meatball served up in sweet sauce comprised of pears and apple syrup, wine, onions and peket, a local spirit. Le boulet is a Liege staple.
